As co-owner of MW Hair Studio, Maria brings 17 years of industry experience and a deep passion for both the craft and the community she’s built within the salon. With advanced training from Goldwell Master Color, Vidal Sassoon, Ouidad, and color chemistry coursework, she combines technical expertise with an intuitive eye for what works for each individual client.

As a stylist, Maria genuinely treasures the relationships she’s developed with her clients over the years. The trust, the conversations, and the loyalty that make every appointment feel personal. She believes great hair comes from truly listening, and she takes pride in creating looks that are tailored to each client’s lifestyle and preferences.

Beyond the chair, Maria is passionate about fostering a collaborative, supportive environment at MW Hair Studio. She loves working alongside such a talented team of stylists and finds real joy in helping them grow— both in their craft and in their careers.
